Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications :

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation.

Areas of Responsibility :

Under supervision of a Physical Therapist and in accordance with an established plan of care, provides prescribed physical therapy treatment and services, instruction, and guidance to patients with functional limitations.

Other duties as assigned, within scope of practice

Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes!
