Assembly Technician
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Our client is a leading medical devices manufacturer, and due to unprecedented growth seek an additional 5 x Assembly Technicians to support production operations in the assembly of specialist medical machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and maintain a safe working environment, promptly reporting any safety concerns
- Meticulously follow detailed assembly procedures for component preparation, device build and testing.
- Proactively identify and report any issues affecting product quality or production targets
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and actively participate in optimization initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient assembly operations
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a complex manufacturing / assembly setting
- Confident in performing technical assembly tasks with engineered products
