The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead performance improvement initiatives across our clients manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves managing a large cross-functional team of up to 30 members, driving operational excellence, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing excellence strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver measurable improvements in performance and culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing techniques, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee major projects, including production line modifications, new product trials, and process optimization initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, plant managers, and other departments to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP) to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Expertise in lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in project management and loss intelligence.
