Innovated Machine & Tool Co., Inc., is seeking experienced CNC Press Brake Setup Operators for light gauge sheet metal. Hours of work are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or midnight to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime is available. Pay depends on experience.
Requirements include:
- Ability to set up and operate shear, Manual Press Brake, and CNC Press Brake;
- Ability to program CNC Press Brake for light gauge sheet metal forming of panels and enclosures, with multiple simple or complex bends;
- Proficiency checking accuracy of work using blueprint and precision measuring tools such as calipers;
- Ability to work from blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples for prototype production, small batches and production quantities;
- Must be able to read and interpret shop floor drawings, layouts, job folders;
- Must be able to select tooling based on blueprints and notes;
- Have good decision making skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple set ups per shift;
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs, stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, reach and perform repetitive hand and finger movements;
- Works well with engineering.
Other duties include but not limited to:
- Locate and move raw materials and parts with pallet jack or forklift;
- Perform basic routine maintenance and cleaning of machine and work area;
- Work with repair technician to diagnose machine problems as needed;
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.
