Job Overview :
We are currently seeking a Level 3 Construction Manager to join our team and work onsite for one of our key utility clients across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. The selected candidate will be employed by our firm while providing dedicated services to the client.
The Construction Manager (Level 3) will oversee and coordinate utility construction projects involving electric, gas, and water infrastructure. As a key representative of our firm, the Construction Manager will manage field activities, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with project goals, safety standards, and quality requirements. This is an onsite role that could involve managing multiple project sites across the region, or supervising a singular, large project.

As a Consultant at Innovation Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to emotional intelligence, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring that we deliver positive outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Execution : Lead and supervise construction activities on utility projects to ensure adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Site Coordination : Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain smooth operations at various project sites.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets technical and regulatory standards.
- Budget and Cost Control : Work with project teams to track expenses, manage change orders, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards and client-specific requirements.
- Client Interface : Act as the main point of contact between our firm and the utility client, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, status reports, and as-built records.
- Permitting and Compliance : Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and permitting requirements.

Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
