Job Overview :
We are currently seeking a Level 3 Project Manager to work remotely within New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Connecticut while supporting a key utility client.
As a Project Manager (Level 3), you will be responsible for leading complex utility infrastructure projects involving electric, gas, and water systems. The role includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. While this position is primarily remote, you will attend occasional in-office meetings and visit project sites as needed.
The position is ongoing, with no definite duration, ranging from 1 year assignments to multiple years.

As a Consultant at Innovation Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to emotional intelligence, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring that we deliver positive outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Project Execution : Lead and oversee project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure on-time delivery of utility projects.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting, including change orders and risk mitigation strategies.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Risk and Issue Management : Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Contract Administration : Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain detailed project records, including status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and budget performance.
- Compliance Management : Ensure project activities meet all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
