We are seeking an experienced Technology Systems Continuous Improvement Consultant to work closely with clients in optimizing and advancing their technology systems and processes. This role involves analyzing and improving clients' infrastructure, operational technology, and processes, with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change management, process improvement, and operational technology, particularly within the electric and / or water utility sectors.

As a Consultant at Innovation Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to emotional intelligence, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring that we deliver positive outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.
RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Client-Focused Technology Systems Analysis & Optimization :
Work with clients to assess their current technology systems and identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, and alignment with business goals.
Develop customized strategies to enhance technology infrastructure and ensure scalability and reliability.Change Management & Technology Implementation :Partner with client stakeholders to design and execute change management plans that facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
Oversee the implementation of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and alignment with best practices.Data Analysis & Insight Development :Analyze client data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities within their technology and operational processes.
Provide actionable recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive measurable outcomes for clients.Process Improvement & Operational Effectiveness :Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ operations and technology-driven workflows.
Conduct operational effectiveness analyses to identify bottlenecks and streamline technology integration within clients’ systems.Gap Analysis & Strategic Planning :Perform gap analyses to assess discrepancies between clients’ current and desired technology or operational states.
Develop strategic plans for bridging gaps and achieving client objectives, incorporating industry best practices.Utility Sector Expertise :Leverage in-depth knowledge of operational technology in the electric and / or water utility sectors to address client-specific challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while optimizing clients’ technology and infrastructure.Client Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in continuous improvement and technology transformation efforts.
Provide clear and compelling reports, presentations, and updates to client stakeholders at all levels.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in technology systems improvement, operational technology, and infrastructure analysis.Strong expertise in change management, process improvement, and gap analysis in client-facing roles.Proven experience in the utility sector, with a focus on electric and / or water utilities.Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and recommendations.Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS :
Six Sigma Green Belt or higherChange Management Professional (CMP)Project Management Professional (PMP)COMPENSATION :
Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, retirement plans, reimbursement accounts, PTO (Paid time Off) and discount plans.No waiting period on benefits package.
