What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Coordinator for Before and After school Program position at Innovation Learning?
This is a part time position located at one of our before and after school locations.

Rocky Mountain Kids partners with schools to leverage valuable before and after school time to increase academic achievement. We have a unique opening for an individual who has experience working with children in grades K-8. The successful candidate must be passionate about working with children. Leadership experience is a plus.
The position entails teaching and supervising in our before and after school program. This position involves working directly with students while participating in the administration of the program. In this role you will be:
- Supervising and assisting our children to deliver the Rocky Mountain Kids Model.
- Facilitating the before and after program while also working directly with children
- Communicating with school administration and parents.
- Interacting with children to ensure they are having fun while they learn!
- Scheduling staff and overseeing program delivery.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in an education and/or in a structured childcare setting, with a proven track record of effective team leadership.
- A Degree or in process of obtaining a degree in elementary education, teaching and/or a related field.
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (Rocky Mountain Kids will provide training on a regular and reoccurring basis for those in need).

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
