What are the responsibilities and job description for the NP - Mobile/Office position at Innovation Medical Group?
Position Description :
Location : Multiple
Seeking NP to join our exciting group primarily focused on advanced wound care and primary care. Our practice provides both an in office setting as well as mobile visits providing care in homes and / or care facilities as is often necessary.
Experience in wound care is preferred, and home health experience is also welcomed as this role requires working closely with home health partners to provide exceptional care. Training in each area will be provided initially and ongoing. Practitioner will routinely coordinate care with our vascular intervention specialists, primary care physicians, surgeons, and podiatrists both locally and with other specialists within our group.

Salary will be based on experience.

- A reliable car is required for travel.
