Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs, ensuring they align with best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients, including families and caregivers.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Engage with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.

Pay: $74,300.00 - $80,152.00 per year
