Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for meetings and events.
Handle queries from clients, guests, and staff, providing accurate information about the organization’s services.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Provide support to other departments when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
