Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on literacy education and math skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and observational assessments to tailor instruction effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.
- Provide early intervention support for children who may require additional assistance in their learning journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes a positive learning atmosphere.
