Innovations in Learning is seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LMHC, LCSW) or an Associates License (LMHCA) to work in our Outpatient Department.

We see a range of ages and diagnostic needs. Innovations is a provider of ABA services and welcomes clinicians with strong conceptual, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Completing diagnostic intakes and initial treatment plan
- Competence using the DSM 5TR and providing ongoing assessment of client needs
- Coordination with families and treatment team
- Individual/group/family therapy sessions in an office setting
- Strong ethical and interpersonal decision making
- Timely completion of treatment plans, documentation, and billing
- Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
- Billable goal 112 monthly with opportunities to exceed goal hours
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health of Social Work
- LMHC, LCSW or LMHCA required
- Experience working with children and adults with Autism or other behavioral disorders desired
