We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Client Services Specialist . In this essential role, you will handle back-office administrative tasks while also engaging directly with clients through emails and calls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage client service requests, including account maintenance, ACH transfers, and ACAT processing.
- Support approximately 200 clients by assisting with paperwork, document submissions, and addressing routine inquiries.
- Collaborate with client service teams to prepare for meetings and confer with custodians (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) to fulfill service requests.
- Assist clients with account openings, re-registrations, stock option exercises, processing Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and managing asset transfers.
- Contribute to quarter-end client reporting by producing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy in client reports.
Qualifications :
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
