Innovatis Group is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Community Associate to provide membership administration and customer service support for various client communities. This entry-level role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who enjoys engaging with members, managing administrative processes, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and professional support via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Manage membership processes, including onboarding, renewals, and data updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update member databases, ensuring records are current and aligned with organizational needs.
- Assist in the development and execution of membership engagement initiatives to drive retention and participation.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure members receive relevant updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Support volunteer leaders by coordinating meetings, materials, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor and facilitate online community discussions, responding to inquiries and fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Attend and support client events, assisting with logistics, registration, and on-site coordination as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to client teams as needed.
- Provide excellent client service.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required
- 1 year of work experience (internships and relevant part-time roles considered).
- Experience in customer service, membership administration, or association management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn membership database systems.
- Knowledge and familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work directly with clients in a responsible, appropriate and service-oriented manner
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

Salary:
The base salary range for this position starts at $50k but can be higher dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Nashville, TN
Hybrid Schedule (3 days in, 2 days remote—subject to change)
This is not a remote position
