High Rise Security Post - Overnight, Downtown LA

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to cover a 3 month contract securing the top floor entrance for a high rise luxgery building 3-4 nights a week from 7pm-7am. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on this floor while upkeeing a professional presence at all times.

Duties

• Monitor floors elevator entrance to stay vigilant on any entering residents.
• Maintain communication with the building manager to stay up to date with all new or pressing regulations.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.

• Effective communication skills when interacting with the client, managers, and resdients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Evening shift
