Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to cover a 3 month contract securing the top floor entrance for a high rise luxgery building 3-4 nights a week from 7pm-7am. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on this floor while upkeeing a professional presence at all times.
Duties
- Monitor floors elevator entrance to stay vigilant on any entering residents.
- Maintain communication with the building manager to stay up to date with all new or pressing regulations.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
