Must be organized and able to manage the workflow of a busy commercial / design build HVAC company.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Receive and organize HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring everything is in stock and properly labeled
• Inspect trailers / Vehicles for proper operation, damaged or worn parts (lights, tires, tie downs, etc.)
• Safely load trucks, vans and trailers per established requirements and safety guidelines
• Delivery of goods to jobsites (trailer hook up, load tie down & safety regulations, load capacity, maneuvering trailer, etc.)
• Ability to operate all equipment in warehouse (forklift, etc.)
• Maintain correspondence with purchasing and warehouse supervisors
• Assist with warehouse safety, security, operations, organization, and warehouse cleaning
• Follow up-to-date federal and state safety regulations
• Preform additional tasks as delegated by supervisors
