Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions
- Ensure all work is compliant with industry safety standards and regulations
- Communicate with customers to explain services and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant HVAC certification or vocational training
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
