As an AI Integration Coordinator, you will be responsible for discovering, implementing, and optimizing AI tools to enhance our sales, marketing and operational efforts. You'll work closely with various teams to establish AI-driven workflows, conduct research, and provide training on the use of company approved AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be a digital expert with a passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to drive digital advancement and efficiency.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Research and identify relevant AI tools and technologies for various business applications
- Develop and implement AI training programs for team members across the organization
- Assist in defining and establishing AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
- Conduct ongoing research on trends and advancements in the beauty and personal care industries
- Support the integration of AI tools into existing processes
- Help upskill team members in the use of generative AI and other AI technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
- Assist in data analysis and reporting using AI-powered tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, particularly in marketing and beauty contexts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with AI tools or digital implementation.
- Understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with popular AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry (preferred).
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
