We are looking for a talented Junior Packaging Engineer to support the design and development of packaging solutions for our cosmetics products. You will work closely with senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative and functional packaging designs to life.

We are looking for a talented Junior Packaging Engineer to support the design and development of packaging solutions for our cosmetics products. You will work closely with senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative and functional packaging designs to life.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Assist in the design and development of innovative packaging solutions for cosmetic products, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to create detailed design specifications and prototypes.
- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to ensure the feasibility and sustainability of packaging designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new packaging concepts.
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software.
- Support the testing and evaluation of packaging prototypes to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, including design reports, specifications, and presentations.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the successful implementation of packaging designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in packaging.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship or work experience in packaging engineering.
- Understanding of materials science and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices.
- Familiarity with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and other key packaging manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic packaging.
- Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Bilingual in Mandarin/English and/or Korean/English is a bonus.
