Our innovative beauty company is seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated Digital Transformation Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on integrating AI tools into our company workflows, upskilling team members, and driving efficiency through technology.
As a Digital Transformation Coordinator, you will be responsible for discovering, implementing, and optimizing AI tools to enhance our sales, marketing and operational efforts. You'll work closely with various teams to establish AI-driven workflows, conduct research, and provide training on the use of company approved AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be a digital expert with a passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to drive digital advancement and efficiency.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :
Research and identify relevant AI tools and technologies for various business applications
Develop and implement AI training programs for team members across the organization
Assist in defining and establishing AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
Conduct ongoing research on trends and advancements in the beauty and personal care industries
Support the integration of AI tools into existing processes
Help upskill team members in the use of generative AI and other AI technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
Assist in data analysis and reporting using AI-powered tools
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, particularly in marketing and beauty contexts

ABOUT YOU :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience with AI tools or digital implementation.
Understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with popular AI tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry (preferred).
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
