We're looking for a Purchasing Specialist / Buyer , where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the procurement process, building strong supplier relationships, and driving solutions to operational challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As a Purchasing Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of the purchasing process, from preparing requisitions to managing vendor relationships. Your role will involve streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and delivering strategic solutions that align with company goals. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :
- Manage requisitions and purchase orders for goods procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Actively negotiate terms to secure optimal pricing and delivery.
- Communicate order updates and resolve vendor issues promptly.
- Analyze challenges to develop strategic solutions.
- Conduct engaging and informative meetings with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Develop processes to enhance efficiency and address ambiguity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
