We are looking for a talented Senior Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the development of cutting-edge packaging designs.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :
- Lead design and development of innovative packaging solutions for cosmetic products, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, marketing, creative and manufacturing, to ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines and product specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and create prototypes to test the performance and suitability of packaging designs.
- Research and recommend materials that are cost-effective, sustainable, and meet product needs.
- Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory and industry standards for safety and efficiency.
- Monitor the packaging process during production to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Document the design and development process for future reference and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in packaging technology and materials.
- Contribute to quality specification development and reviews.
