- Prepare and Process Work with multiple collection bags to produce high-quality blood components, following all SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Document and Log Accurately prepare and maintain documents and l electronic information related to receiving, processing, and labeling blood products.
- Maintain Equipment Ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and that your work environment is safe and organized.
- Manage Storage Oversee the storage of various blood products, ensuring proper conditions, in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Label Blood Products Label products acceptable for transfusion by following SOPs and using our Blood Establishment Computer System (BECS)
- Package and Ship Handle the shipping and packaging of products for research and discard, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- High School Diploma/GED (some college science courses preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Computer skills preferred
Salary : $20 - $21
