Our locally owned Home Care Agency is looking for a bright and compassionate individual to join our team. If you are dependable and willing to multitask in order to help our company grow, we want you on our team. We are seeking a Scheduler/Marketer to help us streamline operations and amplify our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for scheduling caregivers with clients, coordinating marketing efforts to secure new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and maintaining daily schedule with clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, market for new clients for home health care company
- Must have excellent communication skills between caregivers and clients providing clear and concise information.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of ADL’s and IADL’s
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Experience-
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills, self-starter
- Proficient in MS Office,
- Marketing in small business growth
