Qualifications:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must have a valid driver license.
- Company vehicles may be provided while on shift when available. (Employees will be required to utilize their personal vehicles for work purposes when company vehicles cannot be provided. Mileage reimbursement and hourly drive time will be provided in these instances).
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Starting pay is $16.00/hour. (A starting wage of $19.00/hour is available for individuals with a qualifying bachelor’s degree in human services, Healthcare or Education).
Position starts at PT to potentially FT
We are currently hiring for Mental Health Technicians for our Youth Program: As a Mental Health Technician, you will be working one-one-one with youth to overcome mental health barriers related to Individual Skills and Development. This includes training in communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision-making, self-regulation, conflict resolution, and other specific needs identified in individual service plans. Services can also include training in daily living skills related to personal care, household tasks, financial management, transportation, shopping, accessing, and connecting to community resources/services. There is a strong focus on community integration and building healthy relationships while implementing positive thinking.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and services to individuals with varying diagnoses (ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Depression, Mood Disorder, Autism, etc.)
- Integrate individuals in the community.
- Meet with Mental Health Professional for mandatory supervision weekly or bi-weekly.
- Complete all documentation to CCS standards within 24 hours of contact with client to support interventions used.
- Complete continuing education trainings timely and as provided by Innovative Services, Inc
