Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces manually for concrete work.
- Rake, shovel, and spread concrete.
- Finish and screed various concrete structures and flatwork.
- Use hand and power tools to smooth, level, and consolidate concrete.
- Install and remove concrete forms; set and align forms for pours.
- Bend, tie, and install rebar; cut and install wire mesh.
- Direct concrete truck operations; install embeds in fresh concrete.
- Operate a variety of tools including saws, grinders, and jackhammers.
- Maintain clean job sites and equipment; adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist supervisors and team members as required for project completion.
- Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform strenuous activities.
- Proficiency in concrete installation, finishing, and use of construction tools.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently or in a team, and problem-solve.
- Flexible schedule including availability for overtime and adverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
