THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - HOSPITALITY RENOVATIONS
THE SCHEDULE:
Join us as an Assistant Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations, where you'll enjoy a structured schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, working a minimum of 45 hours per week.
YOUR ROLE:
As you step into your role as an Assistant Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations, excitement fills the air as you help transform spaces. Collaborating with the project manager, you develop project schedules that ensure timely completion of every phase. You track budgets diligently, providing essential cost updates while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to streamline resources and maintain project integrity. Participating in meetings, you document critical discussions and review plans for compliance, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Regular site visits allow you to monitor construction progress and uphold safety standards as you build positive relationships with everyone involved. Each report you prepare and every document you maintain further contribute to the successful completion of remarkable hospitality renovation projects, making your impact felt in every transformed space.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a construction-related role or internship is preferred
- Procore experience
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of project documentation and administration is a plus!
