YOUR SCHEDULE
As a Hospitality Renovation - Construction Project Manager at Innovative Construction, Inc., you'll enjoy a balanced schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, typically 45 to 50 hours a week.
YOUR DAY
You meticulously plan and organize schedules, ensuring that projects stay aligned with specifications, timelines, and budgets. Equipped with your hard hat, you coordinate seamlessly with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration to meet objectives. Regular site visits allow you to monitor quality and safety, swiftly addressing any issues that arise. With a keen eye on the budget, you track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities while leading dynamic project meetings, inspiring your team with your mentorship. Documenting every detail-from contracts to permits-becomes second nature as you weave together the elements that drive project success, ultimately delivering exceptional results that elevate the hospitality experience.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR HOSPITALITY RENOVATION - CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with up to a $15 million projects
- Proficient in Project Management software and tools. (Procore, Planswift, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- ProCore Experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively lead and motivate project teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Construction Project Manager, specifically in the hospitality industry and hospitality renovations
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or something similar are a plus
