We are looking for a skilled Aircraft Helper for a full time role to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and wire harness upkeep. You will be responsible for applying basic Quality Assurance rules to repairs and fixes to equipment and systems.
All services provided under this contract shall be supervised by Contractor employees fully qualified in the relevant profession, trade or field, and holding any licenses required by law. The Contractor shall maintain records for all personnel hired under this contract. At a minimum, the Contractor shall maintain records that support the personnel hired met the minimum qualifications of the position.
Overall Requirements for all positions :
- Document maintenance as per Quality Assurance (QA) and established regulatory requirements.
- Shall maintain situational awareness, stay cognitive-focused, and mitigate risks.
- Comply with processes and procedures as per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and
- Department of Defense (DoD) documents and publications.
- Maintain and control tools.
- Report missing, lost, found, or unattended tools to the COR.
- Inventory and inspect tools on a regular basis and identify when to replace worn or broken tools.
- Clean work area as necessary, assuring all flammable materials are properly stored; Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with safety rules and procedures and perform work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work area.
- Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety, violations, and / or unsafe practices or procedures to the COR or Contract Specialist.
- Provide customer service.
