ICMS is seeking dependable and motivated Custodians to support a federal customer facility located in Dayton, OH. We’re searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service, attention to detail, and understands the worth of exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facility working areas and restrooms, common areas, classrooms, conference room areas, offices, cafeteria, elevators, and lobbies / visitor areas
- Duties involve a combination sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors
- Removes trash and other refuse
- Dusting of furniture or fixtures
- Polishes metal fixtures or trimmings
- Provides supplies and minor maintenance services
- Cleans lavatories, showers, and restrooms
- Perform tasks as assigned in an orderly fashion, ensuring task completion each shift.

Work Schedule : Full-time : Monday - Friday : 4 : 00pm – 1 : 00am
Pay Rate : $17.75 / hour including $4.93 Health & Welfare Benefits
