ICMS is seeking a detail oriented, task driven and articulate Technical Writer II to join our team in support of one of our federal clients. This position is based in Boulder, CO. The Technical Writer will support various internal program requirements and be responsible for :
- Research, write, and edit systems documentation, procedures, work instructions, attendant and product manuals in support of manufacturing and engineering functions related to high technology assembly operation
- Collaborate with development engineering, marketing, regulatory affairs, and clinical engineering personnel, among others, to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Recommend overall organization and layout, mode of presentation, publication methods, and related matters
- Develop publication concepts for the best communication of subject matter
- Coordinate with graphic design, translation, and production personnel to meet publication schedules
- Coordinate publication with outside sources and vendors
- Lead projects to implement new technology for use by Technical Publications
- Lead projects to improve departmental processes that require cooperation from other functional groups.
Requirements :
Full-time Hours : Monday-Friday, 40 hours / week
Pay Rate : $37.48 / hour including Health & Welfare benefits
