The purpose of this position is to support the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) in the management of contracted staff in completing programmed depot level maintenance on all rotary aircraft in a product line division. The Project Manager (Junior) is a key position for both ICMS and the USCG which will require specific skills in managing the people and resources to ensure timely delivery of aircraft through the PDM process. This position shall support the Senior Project Manager / On-Site Project Manager with management responsibilities for contractor personnel over several different positions conducting aircraft maintenance services across two shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The primary responsibilities of the position will include but not limited to :
- Assists in the day-to-day management of the contractor workforce to ensure staffing levels are accurate and appropriate for the priority level of the tasks.
- Ensures contractor employees complete all mandatory training requirements as required by the contract.
- Participates in regular meetings with Government program officials in the absence of the On-Site Supervisor.
- Reports on the status and progress of work and monitors work in process.
- Monitors and analyzes performance data and report results to the On-Site Supervisor.
- Completes the ALC check in / check out process for all employees working on the contract.
- Assists in the management of the contract by organizing, directing, coordinating and implementing all activities related to the contract.
- Interacts with Government program officials regarding issues and status of tasks.
- Coordinates financial and staffing resources.
- Monitors and analyzes performance data and reports results to the Government.
- Ensures ICMS employees complete all mandatory training requirements as required.
- Reviews and validates employee timesheets.

Full-time Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (Flexible)
Pay Rate : $75K - $90K Annually
