The purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Financial Analyst delivering Project and Facilities Management Support Services for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) Facilities Management Division (FMD). The Senior Financial Analyst shall be skilled in the areas of budgeting, finance, financial analysis, and business operations. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for enforcing work standards across the Budget & Business Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The primary responsibilities of the position will include but not limited to :
- Provides oversight of budget analysts work products and reporting.
- Supervises preparation and routing of funding documents for government approval and submission.
- Supervises the development of and processing of Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs) through the ICE Program Centralized Funding or ICE Owned Portfolio construction budgets.
- Supervises the development of project approval packages and other necessary documents, secures approvals, tracks financial packages, and notifies ICE Project Managers of status.
- Supervises the preparation of obligation documents, tracks, and coordinates financial obligations.
- Supervises the verification and validation of specific payables.
Requirements :
Full-time Hours : Monday-Friday between 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Classification : Hybrid. Telework with client approval.
Pay Range : $175K - $200K annually
