As a Billing Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing tasks related to billing our clients.  There are no tasks that are too big or too small.  As an important member of our team, you’d be asked to leave your ego at the door.   Your primary role would be to lead and oversee all tasks related to generating monthly invoices, but you would also assist with general administrative tasks from processing payments to accounts receivables to filing.  You will also oversee and supervise a team of 2 to 5 people on the Billing Team.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME (40 HOURS PER WEEK) EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating monthly invoices using QuickBooks and Excel
• Collecting vendor invoices used for monthly invoices
• Generating and sending out E-Bills
• General filing of all paid and unpaid invoices
• General business tasks
• Overseeing 2 to 5 people on the Billing Team
• Train and develop all new Billing Team Members
• Assist with the hiring and interviewing of new Billing Team Members

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• A minimum of 3 years of billing experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisor or management experience
• Must have strong phone and presentation skills
• Must be a hardworking, organized, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Multi-tasking and project management skills are a must
• Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Word
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but NOT REQUIRED
• Must possess very strong computer skills
  
• Strong leadership with great communication and people skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle

Compensation:

• The compensation range would be as follows:
  • $66,000 to $71,000 per year depending on experience
• Partial Health Insurance Reimbursement if eligible
• Company Laptop
• 401K with Company Match after 1 year
• Vacation and Sick Time

 Training:

• One on one training with the Director of Client Services and President of the Company
• In-depth ongoing on the job training
