• Supportive Team: Work alongside a dedicated staff, including enough dental assistants to fully support clinical flow, and collaborate with a team of 2 experienced providers.
• Clinical and Business Mentorship: Work under the guidance of Dr. Gary Giangreco, a respected provider and the only certified national instructor in CEREC CAD/CAM dentistry in the Rochester area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry, including restorations, oral surgery, and endodontics
• Provide comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest clinical standards

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Compensation: $250,000–$350,000 (based on % of collections)

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
