Innovative Discovery is seeking an experienced Senior Review Project Manager in its DC metro area offices to provide management, oversight, and execution of multiple eDiscovery projects for a broad spectrum of ID’s clients, including Fortune 50, AmLaw100, and Federal Agencies. The incumbent will have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to provide expert consultation to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to oversight of project-related tasking and deliverables, the incumbent will provide oversight and direction in an operational capacity to ensure resources are allocated as necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Report to, and work with, the SVP and Directors of Operations to oversee multiple projects, which includes monitoring workflow, progress reporting, coordinating tasking, and assigning/mentoring/training other required resources.
•Guide clients through the project lifecycle (EDRM) and provide expert workflow consultation.
•Proactively consult with clients regarding maximizing the efficiency of review-related projects, including leveraging technology-assisted review and other analytic tools, as well as oversee the implementation and validation of said workflows.
•Develop training exercises and standard operating procedures for tools and workflows.
•Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
•Document, track, and holistically assess data for knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
•Proven proficiency with eDiscovery software platforms like Relativity. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), or other review software certification(s), strongly preferred.
•Familiarity with analytics and machine learning in an eDiscovery context.
•Experience working for an eDiscovery service provider and/or law firm is preferred.
•Understanding of the full EDRM/litigation lifecycle.
•Proactive approachability to identify and address issues independently.
•Expertise in defining, communicating, implementing, and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
•Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite, experience preferred).
•Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences, at all levels of the organization as well as client organizations (required).
•Ability to work independently and within a team on various projects, including acting as project coordinator for special projects at the request of the Director of Operations and/or SVP.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Work requires continual attention to detail as well as establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
•Knowledge of general office management, administrative and supervisory principles, procedures, and methods.
Required Qualifications:
•BS/BA and JD
•Must be an actively licensed attorney in any US jurisdiction
•A minimum of:
-5 years of document review experience;
-5 years of litigation support experience;
-5 years of electronic discovery experience; and
-5 years of project management experience
