- Commercial real estate investors and developers
- Energy and infrastructure clients
- Companies with substantial real estate assets
- The team handles project development and acquisitions along with the formation of joint ventures and development programs
- The practice is heavily focused on energy transition, industrial, multifamily, and retail sectors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have at least six years of complex commercial real estate experience from within a peer AmLaw firm
- Experience must include acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial properties.
- Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the development of unimproved real estate for commercial use
- Experience with renewable energy, leasing, development, and/or joint-venture transactions is highly preferred
- Candidates must have experience reviewing title, survey, and other due diligence matters
- Admission to the TX State Bar or the ability to waive into the TX State Bar is required
