Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with at least five years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience to join a well-respected law firm client with offices located in Akron, Canton, and Cleveland. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Draft and negotiate contracts and documents for commercial and finance transactions
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions and business entity governance matters
- Assist clients in the creation and restructuring of business entities
- Assist with due diligence efforts and post-deal integration
- Act as a subject matter expert in the knowledge of laws and regulatory developments
