Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Attorney with at least three years of mass tort litigation experience to join the collaborative team at a well-respected national, full-service AmLaw 200 firm client! This is a great opportunity for AmLaw litigators who are looking to join a smaller firm, or for attorneys seeking to pivot from a sophisticated defense-side boutique firm.
The attorney hired for this position will have the opportunity to directly communicate and interact with partners and clients, while contributing in a meaningful way in the most sophisticated mass tort litigation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three years of mass tort litigation experience is required
- Massachusetts Bar admission is required; preference will be given to those with admissions in New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, New York, or Pennsylvania
- Experience with asbestos litigation will be strongly considered
- Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
- Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
