What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copy/Scan Operator (2nd shift) (3pm-11pm) position at Innovative Driven?
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Copy / Scan Operator to join our team in Wilmington, DE ! This is a fully on-site, 2nd shift position, requiring working hours of 3pm-11pm.
The ideal candidate for this role has prior Copy / Scan Operator experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
Responsibilities
Printing, photocopying, and scanning necessary documents
Document / binder assembly / finishing
Performing mail processing as requested (First Class mail, Certified, Date required) whatever the client specifies.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous copy and scanning experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced production facility.
A proven track record of quality and mastery of commercial capacity photocopiers and scanners.
Will work as part of a production team but must be able to work independently if needed.
Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office a plus.
Methodical attention to detail, positive attitude, and flexibility are absolutely required.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Candidates must be able to stand and walk up to eight (8) hours a day and lift materials of up to 50lbs.
