We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- · Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- · Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and feedback.
- · Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- · Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep customer records up to date.
- · Provide client services by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- · Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- · Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- · Distribute and coordinate scheduling with field crews and customers.
- · Work efficiently with technology; including MS Office and Windows PCs
- · Collaborate with Operations and Management on scheduling issues
- · Prepare daily and monthly reports
Candidate Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and ability to be adaptable
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check, and drug screen
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet, Windows PC, Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
- Experience in client services with the ability to analyze customer needs is a plus.
- Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication are essential
- 5 days a week, 5 hrs./day
- Experience is helpful but will train select candidates with a desire to learn
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
For 30 years, Innovative Environmental LLC, Colchester, CT has provided diverse cleaning, decontamination, and restoration services to industrial, commercial, residential, and Municipal, State and Federal government clients through the northeast. These services have included: Industrial cleaning, Fire/Water/Flood damage, Mold remediation, Commercial Kitchens and Exhaust systems, Duct cleaning, HVAC, Bio-Hazards, Restoration, and General labor services.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
