Position Description:
Essential Functions
Client Interaction (5%):
- Engage with prospects and established clients to understand their vision and expectations.
- Establish credibility and ensure clarity in reviewing project scopes.
- Design Package & Quotation (40%):
- Oversee design package reviews.
- Analyze designs to determine structures (custom or standard).
- Provide multiple quotes as needed and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Coordinate with departments such as Logistics, Fabrication, and Art/Graphics.
- Ensure timely updates with sales teams and constant review of project progress.
- Handle project invoicing.
- Request and review vendor invoices associated with the project.
- Ensure all costs are tracked and accounted for.
- Conduct reviews of project profitability and any incidents.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement and store relevant documentation.
- Knowledge of the Trade Show Exhibit Industry

- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
- Project Management experience 2 years
- PMP is a plus, but not required.
- Exhibit experience highly desirable

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
