Optical Supervisor
We are looking for an outgoing, positive, well organized, detail-oriented leader who loves style, and loves to help people find their perfect eyeglass frame to join our amazing team. Duties would include:
-Overseeing optical operations to ensure excellent customer service and quality control
-Helping patients shop for glasses
-Keeping an inventory count and assist in ordering new frames
-Returning warrantied or broken frames to manufacturer
-Maintaining awareness of all orders to ensure timely turnaround
-Answering phones and scheduling appointments
-Presenting new eyewear to patients when their orders arrive
-Glasses repairs
-Quality control-verifying prescription orders
-Quoting patients relative to their insurance benefits
