Preventative Maintenance Technician
Innovative Fitness is a rapidly growing commercial fitness equipment sales and facility design company located in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a full-time Preventative Maintenance Technician that can consistently demonstrate the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Complete preventative maintenance such as cleaning, lubing, adjusting, etc., along with inspecting the fitness equipment to ensure adequate operation.
- Ensure company-provided fleet vehicles are continuously stocked with needed parts/tools for daily completion of work.
- Drive and operate company vehicles in a safe manner.
- Coordinate daily/weekly routes with service supervisor or coordinator.
- Identify maintenance issues of mechanical and electrical equipment during inspection.
- Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all work details via company’s record keeping procedures.
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently in a proficient and professional manner.
- Must have and maintain a valid (Georgia) driver’s license with clean MVR
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- High level of attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18 /hour (pay is commensurate with experience)
