Job Summary:
We are seeking a Residential Program Assistant for our Women’s Apartment Program.
Duties:
- Provide direct support to person's with disabilities with daily living activities in an Innovative Harbor facility and/or while participating in activities in the community.
- Acting as a mentor.
- Assist with training, and scheduling of staff.
- Provide assistance with nutrition , cleanliness, and household activities.
- Transport and participate with clients in fun educational activities in the community.
- Be trained in basic business functions and staff and client relations in order to support or fill in for the manager.
-Will serve as a supervisor during all shifts and when on-call.
Qualifications:
- Previous Direct Support with Individuals with disabilities required.
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with program participants, staff, families, and support teams.
-Must have current Drivers License.
Compensation
- $18.00 an hour
Schedule 35 hours a week on call time
On-Call Thursday 10:30pm-Sunday 10:30pm
