Social Services Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Innovative Human Services.
About the Role:
- Assist residents with mental illness in short-term community homes by promoting independent living skills.
- Help set healthy social boundaries, manage finances, attend medical appointments, shop for groceries, prepare healthy meals, administer medications, and foster positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in mental health or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong drive to help others and build positive relationships is essential.
