Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about patient care and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for patients who have had consultations, assisting them with scheduling procedures, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.

The position begins as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and practice needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients following their consultations.
• Assist patients in scheduling their procedures and answer any questions they may have.
• Communicate with patients via phone calls and text messages through our software portal.
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records, ensuring all scheduling and communication details are documented.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Be accessible to work primarily from the Abington office, with flexibility to assist at the Feasterville or Newtown locations as needed.
• Monitoring and responding to patient reviews on Google.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the dental field, including both clinical and clerical responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, dedicated, and patient focused.
• Familiarity with dental scheduling systems and software is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between two of the three locations as needed.

Position Details:

• Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Hours: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends).
• Typical schedule: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
