SUMMARY: Performs Accounting Duties as a key Finance Team Member in a growing company!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researches and successfully resolves receivable issues with customer.
- Maintain Customer Pricing in ERP System
- Performs miscellaneous and tool billings.
- Performs Bill of Material setup on an as needed basis.
- Performs Accounts Payable functions on an as needed basis.
- Assist internal and external audits (Financial and Tax) to ensure compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Liaise with our Finance Team to improve financial procedures.
- Assists department personnel in daily job functions.
- Knows, understands, and complies with company quality policies and directives.
- Learns, supports, and practices continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and quality.
- Always understands and practices safe work habits.
- Performs other duties as directed (Duties may be assigned outside scope of core responsibilities).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
