Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using RPG IV / RPGLE, CL, and SQL on the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform.
Enhance existing applications to support evolving business needs.
Perform analysis, debugging, testing, and optimization of legacy systems and new development.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and program specifications.
Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.
Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
